Jack leads ICV’s activities in technologies related to the agriculture, food, water and materials markets. Jack sits on the board of Groundwork BioAg and as an observer to the boards of Prospera, FRX Polymers, Aqwise and Scodix. He previously served on the boards of Emefcy (ASX:FLC) until its IPO (2015) and Weissbeerger until it was acquired by AB InBev (2018). Prior to co-founding ICV, Jack was Vice President and General Counsel of Register.com, guiding the firm as it rapidly grew to be a leader in its market with over $100M in revenues, expanded operations into five countries and completed a successful NASDAQ IPO and three acquisitions. Jack began his career as a corporate attorney with the New York law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Jack is active in his community serving as Chairman of the Meitarim School in Ra’anana, on the board of ITIM and as little league coach. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Government from Harvard College, magna cum laude.

Meir Ukeles

Partner

Meir focuses his activities on solar, energy efficiency and smart grid technologies, with particular interest in solutions for the developing world. He currently represents ICV on the boards of Claroty, Lumos Global, Grid4C and Gro Intelligence. Prior to co-founding ICV, Meir served as CFO of Sentry Technology Group Inc., an Israeli-US startup. From 2000 to 2004, he worked at SG Cowen, a leading technology and healthcare investment bank, initially as an investment banker working on public and private equity offerings and M&A transactions, and subsequently as a research analyst covering defense and industrial technology companies. Meir began his venture capital career in the mid 1990's, working at Jerusalem Global Ltd., an Israeli merchant bank and consulting practice that was a leading player in the early days of Israel's venture industry. Meir holds a B.A. from Columbia College in Political Science and East Asian Studies. He speaks Mandarin Chinese.

Glen Schwaber

Partner

Glen’s interests lie in traditional information technology sectors, such as software, Internet, semiconductors, wireless, and hardware/capital equipment. He currently represents the firm on the boards of Scodix, Vayyar, and Freightos. Glen co-founded ICV after nine years at Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP) where he was partner in the Jerusalem and New York offices, focusing primarily on communications and semiconductor companies. While at JVP, Glen served on the boards of PowerDsine (IPO, then acquired by Microsemi), Cyoptics (sold to Avago), Sheer Networks (sold to Cisco), XmPie (sold to Xerox) and Altair (sold to Sony), among others. Glen led the establishment of JVP Studio, an incubator for seed stage companies focusing on software and media. Glen began his career at Jerusalem Global Ltd., an Israeli merchant bank that was a leading source of private equity funding for Israeli tech companies during the 1990s. Glen holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a B.A. from Harvard College.

Arnon Goldfarb

Partner

Arnon has significant entrepreneurial experience and interests in chemistry, materials and industrial processes. Until early 2011, Arnon served as CEO of TMB Water, a water project company active in desalination, aquaculture and water treatment efforts in Israel and abroad. Prior to establishing TMB in 2001, Arnon spent 17 years with Israel Chemicals Ltd., where he served as Corporate VP for Business Development and Chairman of the R&D, Fertilizers and Chemicals, and Ceramics units. He was also a director at ICL's Israel Desalination Engineering (IDE) subsidiary as well as its potash, phosphate and bromine subsidiaries. Previously, Arnon worked in the oil and gas industry in Israel and the US as a production and facilities engineer with Superior oil and Israel National Oil Co., and as a production and field manager for Israel's Sadot natural gas field. Arnon serves on the board of Gadot Biochemicals. Arnon holds a B.Sc. in chemistry from Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and a M.Sc. in Ocean Engineering from University of Rhode Island, USA.

Lila Frenkel

Partner & CFO

Lila is ICV’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for managing the firm's financial, operational and administrative activities. She is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the start-up and VC sector. Prior to joining ICV, Lila was CFO of AxisMobile a provider of consumer mobile email technology to communication service providers that went public under Lila’s tenure on the AIM exchange in the United Kingdom. From 1999-2006, Lila was controller at Concord Ventures where she was responsible for financial reporting within the company, as well as working with potential investors and potential portfolio companies to conduct due diligence. Prior to this, Lila managed an audit team at KPMG. Lila is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Tel Aviv College of Business Management.

Karen Greenfield

Director of Marketing

Karen joined ICV in 2011. She is responsible for ICV’s marketing activity along with other communication functions. In addition, Karen arranges ICV’s Annual LP meeting as well as events and meetings of the Fund. Prior to her work at ICV, Karen worked in account management in the health insurance industry. She holds a M.A. from New York University and a B.S. in Advertising from Syracuse University.
